On 15th January 2025, the CJI Sanjeev Khanna and Justice Sanjay Kumar will address the legal validity of the plea filed by the Shahi Idgah mosque committee challenging an Allahabad High Court order in the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah dispute. The High Court had ruled that the mosque's religious character needed to be determined.
