On 15th January, the Supreme Court bench of CJI Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Sanjay Kumar are inclined to transfer petitions in different High Courts challenging the results of CLAT-2025 to the Punjab & Haryana Court. This decision comes after a transfer petition was filed by the Consortium of National Law Universities, consolidating the various petitions filed in different High Courts regarding CLAT admissions.
