The Judge<strong>&nbsp;had also frozen financial assets of Elon Musk&rsquo;s &#39;Starlink&#39; by issuing an order to block the accounts of the satellite internet network.<\/strong> The judge&rsquo;s motive was to ensure compliance of the court&#39;s order regarding unpaid fines amounting to $3.28 million that he had previously slapped on &ldquo;X&rdquo; for ignoring judicial orders.<\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif; font-size:18px\">Earlier on September 2, a five-member panel of Brazil&rsquo;s Supreme Court had voted unanimously to uphold the decision of Justice Moraes to block &ldquo;X&rdquo;, thereby ruling that the shut down of social media platform in Brazil would continue.
