The Bombay Bar Association (BBA) has announced the third <\/span><\/span>Advocacy Teacher Training Course (ATTC),<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span> set to take place this December organized with the support of the International Advocacy Training Council (IATC).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Program Details-<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Dates and Timings: <\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

– 29th November 2024: 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

– 7th December 2024: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

– 8th December 2024: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Attendance is mandatory on all days.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Venue:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Bombay High Court<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Eligibility<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Open to BBA members, including applicants, who obtained their Sanad after 2019.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Available Seats: <\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Only 30 seats, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Registration Process:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Interested candidates must complete the following steps to secure their participation: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

1. Fill out the Google Form via the QR code provided in the official announcement. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

2. Submit a refundable deposit of \u00e2\u201a\u00b92,500 at the BBA.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Registrations will remain open until all seats are filled.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Course Structure and Features:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n \n \n \n

Participants will undertake practical advocacy exercises, including: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

– Conducting Examination-in-Chief<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

– Performing Cross-Examination <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

– Presenting Oral Arguments<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n

The course materials will be provided in advance, ensuring all attendees are well-prepared.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n
