The Supreme Court bench of <strong>Justices B. R. Gavai<\/strong> and <strong>K. V. Viswanathan<\/strong> observed that one should be careful enough while making comments about orders passed by courts. Observing that a &ldquo;fair criticism&rdquo; of judgements is always welcome but one should not &ldquo;<strong><em>transgress the limits<\/em><\/strong>&rdquo;.<\/p>\n \n \n \n <p style=\"text-align:center\"><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p style=\"text-align:justify\">The supreme court was dealing with the issue pertaining to telangana chief minister a. Revanth Reddy&rsquo;s comments on the supreme court granting bail to Bharat Rashtra Samiti leader K kavitha in cases linked to the alleged delhi excise scam. the bench, which took note of Reddy has tendered apology before the court, observed further that it does not wish to proceed further on the issue. the supreme court was hearing a plea seeking transfer of the trial in the 2015 cash-for-votes case from Telangana to Bhopal. Reddy is an accused in the said case.
