Krishnakumar<\/strong>, Judge of the Madras High Court, as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Manipur, effective upon the retirement of <strong>Justice Siddharth Mridul<\/strong> on <strong>21\/11\/2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \n \n \n <p style=\"text-align:center\"><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p>Justice Krishnakumar, who has been serving as a Judge since <strong>07\/04\/2016<\/strong>, is the senior-most puisne judge of the Madras High Court. He has a strong background in civil, constitutional, and service law, with expertise in constitutional matters. Known for his integrity, legal acumen, and competence, he belongs to a Backward Community.<\/p>\n \n \n \n <p>This recommendation considers the need for fair representation across High Courts and Justice Krishnakumar&rsquo;s seniority, merit, and integrity.
