(Hons.) degree by the Bar Council of India (BCI).<\/p>\n \n \n \n <p>An inquiry revealed glaring discrepancies in the degree, reportedly issued in 1988 by Devi Ahilyabai Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. The investigation found that:<\/p>\n \n \n \n <ul>\n \n <li>\n \n <p>The college was unauthorised to offer LL.B. (Hons.) during the period.<\/p>\n \n <\/li>\n \n <li>\n \n <p>Tampering of academic records, with suspicious uniform handwriting and ink.<\/p>\n \n <\/li>\n \n <li>\n \n <p>LL.B.
