The actress has also been denied the right to apply for bail during the entire duration of her Preventive Detention.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p style=\"text-align:center\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\"><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\">Arrested on March 3 with 14.8 kg of illegally imported gold, valued at \u00e2\u201a\u00b912.56 crore, she initially received default bail due to procedural lapses as the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) failed to file the chargesheet within the mandated time. Despite it, she remained in custody due to an ongoing investigation under the COFEPOSA act.
