The presidential notification was issued within 48 hours of the collegium&rsquo;s decision.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p style=\"text-align:center\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\"><strong>Justice Alok Aradhe<\/strong>, Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court (Parent High Court: Madhya Pradesh), has been appointed as a Judge of the Supreme Court without any dissent.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\"><strong>Justice Vipul Manubhai Pancholi<\/strong>, Chief Justice of the Patna High Court (Parent High Court: Gujarat), has also been appointed as a Judge of the Supreme Court. His elevation, however, was approved by a <strong>4&ndash;1 majority<\/strong>, with Justice B.V. Nagarathna recording a dissent. She referred to his transfer from Gujarat to Patna in July 2023 as a considered move endorsed by Justices M.R. Shah (retired), Vikram Nath, J.B.
