He has asked for an FIR to be registered under the relevant provisions of the IPC. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p style=\"margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\">Disha Salian died on June 8, 2020, after falling from the 14th floor of the building where she lived. The incident occurred five days before the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Following her death, the police recorded an accidental death case.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p style=\"margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\">Earlier, in November last year, a division bench of the Bombay High Court expressed concern over the pace of the probe into Disha Salian&rsquo;s death.
