ki tu bahar mil dekhte hai kaise zinda ghar jaati hai &#8230; (Who even are you&#8230; just meet me outside and let&rsquo;s see how you make it back home alive),&rdquo; challenging the judge and questioning her authority with hostile words that suggested a personal confrontation outside the courtroom.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">The situation escalated further as the same individuals allegedly subjected the judge to ongoing harassment, both psychologically and physically.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-size:16px\">They pressured her to step down from her position, <\/span><span style=\"font-family:TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT; font-size:16px\"><strong>demanding that she exonerate the accused.<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-size:16px\"> Their tirades included filing complaints against her aiming to coerce her into resigning from her judicial role.<\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">In response to this unacceptable behavior, the judge recorded these incidents and asserted that action would be taken against the convict before the <span style=\"font-family:TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT\"><strong>National Commission for Women.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-size:16px\">The Court issued a directive to the convict&#39;s lawyer to provide an explanation regarding his conduct during the incident, warning of potential criminal contempt proceedings against him for his misbehavior with the judge.<\/span><\/p>\n \n \n \n <p><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-size:16px\">The Court also ordered that notice be issued to the counsel for the accused to show cause in writing providing relevant explanation for the conduct shown by him and further to explain as to why he shall not be referred to the <\/span><span style=\"font-family:TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT; font-size:16px\"><strong>Hon&rsquo;ble High Court<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-size:16px\"> for <\/span><span style=\"font-family:TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT;
